PrimeCera Dental PEEK Disc
PrimeCera PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures. PEEK is used to fabricate items used in demanding applications, including bearings, piston parts, pumps, HPLC columns, compressor plate valves, and cable insulation. It is one of the few plastics compatible with ultra-high vacuum applications.

Advantage:
1. Suitable hardness will not hurt the original teeth and has good wear resistance. In addition, adequate toughness can protect damaged teeth better;
2. The non-allergenic property protect patients against allergic reactions;
3. The elasticity modulus is similar to human skeleton, male patients feel comfortable;
4. PEEK implant is hard to break, it is conducive to bone cortical deposition;
5. Thickness: 10-30mm, suitable system: open cad cam; Zirkonzahn; Amann Girrbach.
